The project included the construction of a TopGolf Facility consisting of a 3-story structure connected to an artificial turf driving range surrounded by a containment net. The building has a steel frame with a footprint of about 20,000 square feet. The containment net will abut the building on either side and will be supported by a series of net poles along the outfield perimeter which will range in height from 90 to 170 feet. Target areas were provided throughout the outfield consisting of recessed pits with corrugated metal walls and concrete floor slabs having diameters of up to 75 feet and depths of up to 9 feet.

SE was retained to provide Geotechnical Engineering and materials testing and inspection services for the project.
