A typical Rouses Grocery Store includes the construction of a retail building and associated parking areas and drives. The retail store has a steel frame and load bearing masonry walls with a footprint of about 55,000 square feet. Parking areas and drives are provided along with some off-site improvements to accommodate the new facilities.

SE has been retained to provide Geotechnical Engineering services during the design phase and materials testing and inspection services during construction for multiple locations over the last 10 years.
