The project includes the construction of a dock high warehouse structure and associated parking areas and drives. The high bay building has a steel frame and load bearing tilt-up wall panels with a footprint of 650,000 square feet.

SE was retained to provide Geotechnical Engineering services during the design phase and also provided materials testing and inspection services during construction.
