The project included the construction of a pre-engineered metal warehouse building and a 2-story wood framed office building having footprints of 200,000 and 12,000 square feet, respectively. The buildings are free standing and were located along the southern half of the property allowing for a truck apron and drives on the north side with additional space for possible future expansion of the facility. An employee parking area was provided south of the new warehouse facility. The structure was supported on timber piles.

SE was retained to provide Geotechnical Engineering services and materials testing and inspection services for the project.
