The project included the construction of a 7-story parking garage structure to support the existing hotel which was renovated and converted to a residential development. The parking structure is of cast-in-place concrete with post tensioned slabs having a footprint of 64,320 square feet. The superstructure was supported on 14 inch square pre-cast concrete piles.

SE was retained to provide Geotechnical Engineering services during the design phase and materials testing and inspection services during construction.
