The project included the construction of a single story Y-shaped assisted living facility having a footprint of about 102,000 square feet. The building has a structural steel frame and load bearing walls.

SE was retained to provide Geotechnical Engineering and materials testing and inspection services for the project. Six (6) borings were drilled to a depth of 80 to 85 feet in the building area. Multiple shallow borings were advanced in the parking areas and drives.
