The project included the construction of a distribution center along with associated parking areas and drives as well as a gravel surfaced trailer storage yard. The facility is a single story steel framed structure with load bearing tilt-up walls having a footprint of approximately 300,000 square feet. The facility is dock high with 25 loading docks provided on the south side.  A heavy duty gravel access drive extends from the storage yard along the east and north sides of the building connecting with a paved employee parking lot on the west side. Other site improvements included a stormwater detention pond on the west side of the property.

SE was retained to provide Geotechnical Engineering services and materials testing and inspection services for the project.
