The IBM Century Tower project is located across from the existing CenturyLink complex and included the construction of a 5-story building and associated parking areas and drives. The mid-rise building is a rectangular shaped structure with a steel frame having a footprint of approximately 22,000 square feet.

SE was retained to provide Geotechnical Engineering services during the design phase and materials testing and inspection services during construction.
