The project included the construction of a 4-story hotel structure with a lobby and parking area provided on the ground floor. The building is of pre-cast concrete with a footprint of approximately 40,000 square feet. A swimming pool and green space were provided in an open courtyard on the second floor within a light well extending through the roof.

SE provided Geotechnical services during the design phase and materials testing and inspection services during construction.
