Phase I and II of the project included the construction of multiple retail stores and associated parking areas and drives. The retail stores were constructed contiguously along I-10 West Frontage Road. Multiple free standing structures were also constructed on the north side of the development. The Town Center will have a total footprint of about 400,000 square feet along with several acres of pavement.

SE provided Geotechnical Engineering services during the design phase and also provided materials testing and inspection services during construction.
