The project included the construction of a pre-engineered metal building and associated parking areas and drives. The building has a steel frame and load bearing concrete masonry walls with a footprint of about 116,000 square feet. The facility has a conveyor system used to load FedEx vans driving through the facility. Recessed concrete loading docks were provided on the east side with heavy duty flexible pavement provided around the building.

SE provided Geotechnical Engineering services during the design phase and also provided materials testing and inspection services during construction.
