The project included the construction of an industrial facility along with associated parking areas and drives as well as an aggregate surfaced storage yard. The facility is a steel framed structure with load bearing tilt-up walls having a total footprint of approximately about 174,720 square feet. A 1 ½ acre detention pond was provided near the northeast corner of the site.

SE provided Geotechnical Engineering services during the design phase as well as testing and inspection service during construction. The facility was supported on treated timber piles.
