The project included the construction of a 5-story Self-Storage Facility with associated parking areas and access drives having a footprint of approximately 14,350 square feet. The building has a light gauge steel frame and corrugated metal walls. The first floor of the structure is elevated to allow for under-building parking.

SE was retained to provide Geotechnical Engineering services during the design phase and materials testing and inspection services during construction.
