The project included the construction of a dry and refrigerated warehouse with a footprint of 850,000 square feet. A 125,000 square foot expansion took place in 2014 increasing the footprint of the distribution center to about one million square feet. The facility has about 90 loading docks and over 30 acres of rigid pavement accommodating about 200 semi-trucks per day.

SE provided shallow foundation recommendations along with a comprehensive surcharge program which was completed successfully within the planned surcharge period. During construction, SE provided full-time testing and inspection services for the project.
