The Ambassador Town Center development project is anchored by a large wholesale store and multiple other retail stores and associated parking areas and drives. Some of these stores are constructed contiguously along Lake Farm Drive extending along the east side of the development. Other retail stores are free standing along Ambassador Caffery Parkway and Kaliste Saloom Boulevard. The Retail Center has a total footprint of about 290,000 square feet.

Extensive public roadway infrastructure was provided for the development which was dedicated to the City of Lafayette and added to their roadway system for future maintenance.

SE completed a comprehensive geotechnical Investigation including 71 borings to depths of 6 to 30 feet and provided foundation and pavement recommendations for the project. SE was also retained to provide full-time testing and inspection services using an on-site fully equipped testing laboratory.
